The office is neat and clean. They have all the latest technology. The staff, from the front desk to Dr Merrill, are friendly, courteous and professional. The tech Mara was gentle while taking x-rays. She and the hygienist explained everything as they went along.

My first visit was great. I found the office staff well organized and efficient. The dental assistant the hygienist and dentist were all very nice and genuinely cared about returning my teeth back to good shape. I'm happy to have found this group 😁

When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. I noted an additional coworker was on the phone with a patient’s insurance company trying to figure out what their plan covers. This impressed me greatly before my appointment even began. When my appointment began, I was nicely greeted by the x-ray tech who walked me through all of the images that she would be taking, and she was very kind. She even spoke to me about being a pharmacist, and I enjoyed our conversation. Upon completion of my x-rays, the doctor came in, and I met with her and she discussed the images and noted my teeth grinding. She answered all of my questions and concerns, and then the dental hygienist came in to measure my gums. She mentioned that her next patient had canceled their appointment so she would be able to clean my teeth the same day while I was already here. while she was cleaning my teeth, she spoke about the mechanism of plaque buildup and conversion into tartar, which I now know is even stronger than bone. She explained to me the importance of brushing my teeth twice a day instead of the one I had been doing. additionally, she recommended an Aquarius water pick which I ordered and taught me about specific tips and tricks to help me clean my teeth more efficiently. she didn’t just tell me what I should do, She explained the reasoning behind it in the mechanism. I really appreciate this as I’m a doctor and much more likely to follow through with something if I understand why it is important. From there I went back to get molds done on my teeth for construction of the guard. I will be back in 3 weeks to pick this up. I am highly impressed with this dental office and will be recommending it to everyone. I’m going to help set up an appointment for my brother as soon as he is in town.
