Office staff was friendly and professional. Also impressed with cleanliness of office and equipment. However as a new patient I specifically stated I was due for a cleaning and told I need to have an exam first then after I had the exam and my insurance won’t pay for another exam for a year )I was told you can’t do my cleaning for another 3 months I would of rather been told you were not taking new patients when I initially made the appointment now I am out the exam fee and just hoping you get a cancellation that works with my schedule.

I had a wonderful experience at my dental visit yesterday. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. A special thank you to Marah, who took my X-rays and was absolutely amazing—she was kind, caring, and made the experience so pleasant. Dr. Merrill, Kimberly and the entire team were excellent. Experiencing issue with back bottom tooth causing a lot of pain. They got me in next day and assessed the problem and gave me treatment options. Everyone was kind and professional.
