Everyone was nice and I appreciated the service. The only issue I had was it took nearly 2 hours to complete my initial new customer exam. It was 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment before I was even called back and seen and I waited even longer for the doctor to see me. Hopefully that won't be a pattern or I will have to find a new dentist. Everyone's time is important and should be managed with care.

My very first experience was not a good one. They made me wait an hour and 45 minutes. When I got to the back, I spoke to DA and she saw that I had braces and said that she couldn't move forward. I told her that I told the front desk that I have braces and they said it was fine but then when I went to the back all of a sudden, it wasn't fine. I then told the dental assistant that I would be happy to leave and go back to my regular clinic, but she hesitated and told me that she'll talk to the hygienist. The hygienist was OK with it, but she preferred not to have my wires in. Then I spoke with the doctor and he told me that he wasn't able to have me do a cleaning because of my wires. Just from that alone, the communication within the office was not very professional. Clearly nobody was talking to each other about clear notes that was stated when I'm booked the appointment. And it's on my paperwork. Second, I never got a cleaning there and they submitted a claim with the cleaning. When I called them, their office manager was too busy and unfortunately, she wasn't able to talk to me until I stood on hold and said that I wanted to talk to a manager. I think she assumed that I did not know about Dental and claims, but my problem was is that she said that they did not submit a cleaning, but they clearly did they submitted a cleaning code when I did not do a single cleaning for that office. On top of it, they added extra codes for x-rays and bite wings. I'm hoping that they fix my claim as the insurance is not gonna pay for how they submitted the codes. I don't feel I am responsible for any payment on my behalf when my insurance should cover at 100%. I called my insurance to have them fix it because clearly they're submitting codes incorrectly and fraudulently. I should've left when I spoke to DA. The doctor, he was just trying to act cool the entire time and try to get along with his staff instead of being professional. My experience here I thought was gonna be a good one, but it was the complete opposite.

An amazing dental consultation! The team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. They took the time to explain my treatment options, answer my questions, and help me feel comfortable and informed. I truly appreciated their patience and care. Highly recommend!

Office had a nice aroma. This is a nice touch for a dental office. Dr. Parra and his dental hygienist Tiffany were my favorites...(comforting and very friendly; made me feel very welcome). The cleaning portion was performed by Julie, and I'll say it was good, but painful at times. Also, she didn't have the level of friendliness as the other two, but I'm mature enough to know people exhibit different personalities, so I won't hold that against her.

The experience was wonderful good customer service. Everyone was nice and kind. They were beautiful people. I would recommend all my family and friends. They explained the doctors explain what needs to happen with my daughter’s teeth. He was so sweet. He’s assistant was very sweet and lovely thank you thank you all for your kindness.

It was hard to locate the office at first. The reception is nice and welcoming as are the staff.
