I didn’t have the best experience. The cleaning felt a bit more rough than prior visits. I’ve had the same hygienist and think it may not have been one of her better days although she asked the typical questions.

Over the past 6 months I have suffered many many appointments to replace a loose crown. While Doctor Williams tried his best, several times to new crown either broke or failed to fit right. Neither I nor my wife will ever return. To this Dental Associates

I have had a difficult time getting beyond the issue of tooth pain over the course of a year +. First a crown, then a topical experiment using toothpaste, then a root canal, then two sequential appointment mistakes, and finally a crack in the crown that I couldn’t have caused. A lot of time and cost involved to have such a mediocre experience.

Had a temp cleaning teeth previous appointment. Stated I had gingivitis and needed deep cleaning.Upon new appointment, the hygienist explained that my teeth were fine and he inaccurately diagnosed my dental health. She was phenomenal, honest, and very pleasant.

His stuff was great always nice and considerate I really like Joanna the hygienist she was great I remember in her to everyone also Dr King she was great too both of those are tops at your facility

While Krieg is kind and warm, she is a bit too quick with her movements. In my first few visits with her, she made quick movements that cost me pain, and I summed it up to just little mistakes and not a big deal. However, this past visit she yet again is making too quickly movements with needles and trying to work too quickly. I came in this past visit and had to get things redone because of quick movement. I was stuck with the numbing needle in a place that she did not intend...

I gave you 5 stars on google because of the service and care I received however. You fell short of schedule adherence and communication. My appointment was 1030. I checked in 10:24. I sat and waited 39 minutes before I inquired about my appointment. At 11:09. They were behind and it would be another 30 minutes. So when I checked in why wasn’t that shared with me? Or better yet why wasn’t I called once your team fell off schedule. I get that things happen. You can do much better in communication
