This was my first time, staffs seem very nice, dedicated and friendly, they also were on time…. Being on time is something that I value in a Dr’s office!!!!

The doctor was very thorough explaining to me the procedures that have to be done in order to restore my lower implants to the way they were before it broke, and I will be making an appointment with you very shortly to begin the process.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The entire staff was very efficient and cordial from the front desk to the Doctor, to the X-ray technician, to the hygienist, to the check out/billing personnel.

Desk called me up to tell me I had to pay 800+dollars. I said I think that’s wrong. She is mad. Got the right one and asked me for 328 plus 66, 400$. I asked why I wasn’t told in an email or text or in person. Shows me the complete plan and says “you changed it” which I had not. She got mad and I had to calm HER down. Paid $400 and do first crown appt with a filling. Assistant forgot to tell Dentist about the filling we were supposed to do. ????? Dentist is all 3 stars. Idk how you do this.

Everything was good but my reports still didn't sent to my email.
