Everyone was very friendly but I was scheduled to get a cleaning and I got everything else but that. The team there needs to do a better job explaining to new patients what their initial process is.

I waited two hours and 15 minutes for a new patient first visit. It seemed like they were shortstaffed or they overbooked honestly was not happy never even got my teeth cleaned. Had to make a separate appointment.

As always, staff was terrific! Everyone seemed glad to be "back home". My wait time was longer than usual, but it could have been getting back to the normal routine. I was glad that we are back home!
