Well, I’m still in the waiting room and my appointment was at 10am. It is now 10:36 and I’m still waiting.

Excellent hygienist, Karen did a fantastic job on my teeth.

My first time there i was greeted nicely however was frustrated because even though I had completed all the paperwork online, they didn’t have it, and I had to do it manually, which is difficult for me because I have neuropathy in my fingers and my hands get cramped to really easy. The staff was informative and pleasant and moved through the visit in a timely manner keeping me informed. The waiting area was comfortable.

I hope ownership takes patient feedback seriously and evaluates whether current management reflects the standards this practice once upheld.

Elizabeth was very uncommunicative. She also seemed very unsure of herself. She did not really seem like she knew how to do my periodontal treatments and I do not believe i got the treatment I needed to keep my gums healthy. I hope to get a different hygenist next time.

I had a scheduled procedure for tooth repair & waited 16 minutes to be shown the chair then waited through X-rays & then, waited some more for the Dentist , Then was told to come back later, after getting a quote.I was expecting to have repairs done at that time
