Dr. Aviles and her assistant were very helpful and dedicated to assisting me with my situation, clearly explaining the treatment procedures.

The nurse was extremely nice and aware of my health issues and pain level. She went above and beyond to make me not overly anxious.The doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to me!

I was really impressed with this Dental Office. I wasn’t expecting it to be so comfortable, professional, clean, and everyone was just wonderful that I dealt with. I like that. They explained things to me and answered questions that I had. I liked that they had updated equipment and they were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was really impressed.

The service and the employees

It was a much better experience than the last dental clinic I went to. The staff at The Winter Haven Dental Associates office were very patient and explained things thoroughly for me. They were all very friendly and compassionate. It seemed like they actually listened to me which made me feel like they wanted to work with me to help better my overall oral health and not just make a dollar for their pocket, which was refreshing!

Claudia and Amanda were so awesome. I loved their professionalism & demeanor, however Im NOT happy with my teeth cleaning with Karin. It doesn't feel like I had a oral cleaning 😩
