I had an 8 am appointment. I arrived at 7:50 am. I waited for 30 minutes while people who came after me was called back to see the dentist. I went up to the window to inquire and this was when they asked for my ID and insurance card. When I finally got back in the room and spoke with the dentist she wanted me to pull all 4 of my wisdom teeth, nothing is wrong with my teeth. This left .e with a poor impression of this dentist because my previous dentist never stated that I should remove them and I've been with him for 7 years. If I didn't move away I would still be with him. I'm having a hard time trusting a dentist who is adamant about removing healthy teeth from my mouth.

First time patient, received an emergency appointment, walked in there nervous and In pain, left relaxed and happy.. Everyone from front desk are wonderful, patient and so curtious " so happy to say this is my new Dentist office!!

My experience was great. Everyone was very friendly. My nurse and Doctor was very at good at explaining the procedures and’s the next step with the treatment plans.

Very happy with my new hygienist Flor. Very attentive and caring. I live about an hour away from the office and was planning to change to the Haines City or Lake wales offices which are closer to me but loved her service so probably will stay

I was not happy. These people were very nice. But I made an appointment to have cleaning done. They did not do it. They gave me a treatment plan that cost over $3000, sorry but I won't be back. I'm gonna stay with my DENTIST in Michigan. What happened with a going to a new dentist just to get a cleaning?just wants your money now days.
