I came in for a chipped tooth on Friday 29 May. From the front desk to the Dentist Dr Blanco, both dental assistants Keeran and Claudi to the Dental Hygentist Amanda they worked as a great team. I was impressed with how well they worked as a team and provided clear information to each other but also kept me informed of exam and treatment. They also tailored exam and treatment to my needs and preference. To be honest the only example I can compare to is a well trained NASCAR pit crew. I came in for simple repair and received full fuel and new tires to complete the race. I have changed to this office permanently.

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

No sense of a family like atmosphere. The hygienist wasn’t very pleasant and I don’t think I want her working on my mouth. Then at the end you have to sign a contract for some astronomical amount and you can’t change anything once you sign it. I went there for a new patient apt and will not be back

Everyone was friendly and made sure I understood the recommended treatment plan and answered all of my questions.

I am shell shocked. Having to process all that was told & recommended to me yesterday. Definitely overwhelmed. . Brought me to tears at the office and again at home. Today I am going over the recommendations of a deep cleaning and 3 caps and a bite guard. Not sure how much and what I will actually get done other than the cleaning. No other dentists have ever made recommendations like this before. They move on to other patients before you have a chance to ask questions but then, maybe other patients expect those type of recommendations based on their previous visits. This was my first visit to this location. Will look at the reviews to see if others have experienced a similar situation.

I had a bit of emergency and I got a very quick appointment. Dr. Blanco and his assistant Ms Shakira were kind and accommodating. The procedure was done efficiently and professionally. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
