Everybody was very nice and knowledgeable

Well I was being sold services that I did not need being overcharged and I was being bullied into having to pay some co-payment that's theoretical without having to wait for my explanation of benefits which is the way Insurance works so I don't like being oversold and I don't like being bullied into paying you money which never turns out right then you owe me money back and requiring payment up front it's too bad that some people don't pay but honest people like me who get their explanation of benefits and when the insurance company tells you hey this is what was charged here's what we covered here's what you owe then you pay what you owe you don't pay what the dentist says you owe and then hope it turns out right so the person was not real willing to discuss it I told the hygienist I'm on Imperial maintenance plan I go to the dentist every 3 months they scrape and do deep cleaning yet she still wanted to sell me those services had a very high rate so I wasn't consulted I was just dictated to I'm not interested in coming back and I would never recommend

Your dental practice was my first choice in finding dental care following my recent move to Sun City Center. There was some confusion regarding insurance coverage that now appears to be resolved. I find the staff first rate and very up to date with current medical procedure and equipment.

The doctor never bothered to take off his mask or walk to the front of the chair to introduce himself. I am a new patient looking for a dentist and he did not seem interested in meeting me. Not a positive impression.The hygienist, on the other hand, greeted me with a smile, a handshake, and introduced himself. Then he put on the mask to go to work. A very positive impression.

Sorry not good

I was totally surprised as how fast I was in and out. Dr Rock pulled the tooth so fast I didn't know it was out. He was so personable and so were his associates. The instructions were so explicit I had no trouble following them. The only thing I would add to the instructions would be don't talk any more that necessary for a couple of days! Another great perk was they took my insurance!
