I had an excellent experience with Max today. He’s professional, attentive, and does a fantastic job making sure you're comfortable. Easily the best teeth cleaning I've had in a long time!

Max is great

I'm afraid the hygienist did not go over my plans properly. Each time I had visited I had a normal cleaning but this time for some reason they did a deep cleaning without my permission and did not notify me. Subsequently at the checkout desk they attempted to bill me for this procedure which I did not authorize nor even know about. I expect you to adjust my bill properly to a normal cleaning

Wait time was fine

1st. I was scheduled for 9:00. I had to take an early lunch. I then waited until 9:20. I was about to walk out when they finally called me back. Then the hygienist spoke to me like I was a small child. Im 52. I already brush two times a day and floss almost everyday. She never asked how often she just kept telling me I needed to. Im really not impressed with this dentist office.
