From the Front Desk to the Dental Hygenist to the Doctor, five stars all the way!

Very very good interaction with Teresa Quigley. I was pleased with the outcome and I look forward (as much as you can, it is the dentist after all) to my next visit.

The visit and cleaning/checkup was excellent as usual. First time I had Colette as my hygienist and was excellent as I mentioned in my google review.Issue is billing. Unfortunately my wife caught it as soon as I got home. Two items double billed and we have never had a copay - on a number of either of our visits? Unless our insurance has changes their policy- it is the same ones we have had for years. She called yesterday but no call back? 5 star when billing corrected

I love Dr. Bivens! Best dentist ever. Clinical staff is outstanding. Billing created a financial hardship for me and I am disappointed.

Good effort for appointment

I always have a great experience in this office. The wait time is fantastic. The dentist all the staff and the hygienist are excellent.

I had a new crown put on from a 25+ year old one. I kept coming off. I could not get in. When I did, the xray machines were down so a lot of patients had to reschedule and I was one. Can't help that , machines and updates etc. But when I did return, they charged my insurance.. again.
