My only instruction before cleaning was to check my insurance and coverage. I was assured that I would only have to pay $192 out of pocket for the “special” cleaning and the rest was covered by insurance. I now have a $535 bill from my insurance. Neither your office or the insurance is getting paid. And a 1 star review on Google is incoming.

The X-rays were a horrible start. I’ve never experienced jabbing pain and don’t understand why 16 views are necessary. Also, a few were taken 3x because the program was not uploading. My mouth was sore for a day.
