The receptionist was very helpful & thoughtful. I was not comfortable during x ray, exam or cleaning. Being old my hearing is not as good as years past but found it very hard understanding people—everyone talks fast & with an accent making understanding hard. Didn’t understand what I was agreeing to.

It was amazing. Great staff. Dr Chui explained the procedure to be done very well.Very professional staff.

The Staff and the Dr.were very nice , kind, and professional also they treat you with respect.

I thought I was actually going to have my cleaning done, but apparently for new patients they really don’t do much on the first visit, just see the doctor and charge your insurance for x-rays, first time I see this happened at a dentist, I don’t understand why can’t they do everything at once, it would’ve been good if they had shared this information ahead time, I wasted time off for nothing.
