I think the office staff and doctor are excellent with amazing customer care. Only significant downside is hours of service which make it difficult to get service since most work 9-5 and dentist only available 8-1 pm, Mon- Fri. Otherwise I highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my first visit. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional, but best of all, very caring and compassionate. My thanks to Dr. Tydir, Mabel, Esther, Alex and Janet.

The staff seemed very knowledgeable but the atmosphere was very draining and dull. The room I was in had a personal drink cup in it without a lid and a straw poking out of it right next to dental equipment. Specifically the blue light used to hardened tooth composite.

The staff was very friendly and I got seen right away. The dentist was great. She explained everything to me..

A. Silvestry was pushy and I felt uneasy about her approach. The estimate provided by Alex was padded with extras i did not need nor was it broken down properly as to why if I have Solstice and Guardian i still have to pay over $800+. There was zero explanation. It was very robotic.
