I was happy that you were able to get me in on such short notice however the repair to my broken crown only held for 12 hours and the crown came off . I was a little disappointed. So I guess I will be nursing it with super glue until I get home and can see my regular dentist.

dr A did provide feedback during the procedure and was attentive when I did experience pain. But he has having issues with his equipment which required (at least it seemed to me) additional time and trauma to my affected area. While I was send home with general preprinted instructions related to an extraction, I don’t feel like I got specific instructions for post care specific to my procedure. For example, had no swelling from the extraction but this time woke up to much swelling.

I find it very disappointing that you pass along a 3.5% fee to your patients who pay by credit card. Taking credit card payments is part of how patients pay you and it’s offensive to pass along those fees to your patients who are already spending hundred's and in some cases thousands of dollars at your practice.
