For my first visit to your office, it was very professional , from the staff on the phone for the appt to the gathering of admin info, the initial dental tech and x-rays by Albenia, followed by the hygienist and cleaning from Shannon, and finally the opinions and excellent findings by Dr. Farooq. There was no pressure on me to do anything further, but honest informing me of obvious aspects of my teeth that needed attention. Overall, one of the best dental offices I have been to. The staff were very professional and personable. Office was very clean and so was the bathroom. Dr. Farooq took his time to explain what he felt needed to be done with my care. He spoke so I could understand. Was neither condescending or speaking as if he were presenting at a conference.
