Staff was super nice and friendly. I was seen right on time. It had been a while since I had been to the dentist and the providers didn’t make me feel guilty or shame me. We can up with a plan moving forward and that was awesome.

Staff was friendly, professional, honest and straight forward. Really appreciate that! Office clean and efficient.

Good location, great staff, great dentists, but very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get to the officer's entrance. There are usually parking spaces on the side of the building facing the main road, and there is a ramp there, but there is still a step up to the main sidewalk. And it's very difficult but not impossible to fit the wheelchair with the helper into the small elevator.

I have been trying to reach the office for 3 days. The phone system is horrible. It is clearly broken. An automated messages answers Hello and then nothing. You can't even record a message.

I do not understand why a fluoride treatment cost an additional 35 dollars. In all of my adult life, fluoride treatments were covered by insurance. Additionally, when taking my son to the dentist for the last 14 years his fluoride treatments were also covered by insurance. Why the change? It seems to me that this is just an opportunity to charge your patients for something that was always standard practice.
