Our hygienist was very good and thorough. He took his time and was very polite. The dentist we saw was very short and had poor bedside manner. She seemed to be in a rush I feel like as a new patient she should have taken a little bit more time and had a better attitude as we are first time patients I don’t think I would want to see her again. She is not doing this for free. I am paying for the service. She was not very professional.

I am a new patient, though I have many years experience with other dental practices and their services. I was very pleased with The Fair Oaks office of Dental Associates of Northern VA. The steps for establishing an account were easy. The check-in was quick and the wait period was minimal. X-rays including panoramic x-rays were taken at the beginning of my visit. The hygienist Syrous did a thorough cleaning using the latest technology and gave me numerous recommendations for self care of my teeth. I appreciated his gentle use of tools in cleaning my teeth. Dr Dinh’s exam gave me new information to address a long-term problem I’ve had concerning bone loss resulting from a previously failed implant.

All of the staff were very friendly and had wonderful bedside manners. I had the dental hygenist Syrous B. He was very informative, patient, detailed and careful with my sensitive areas. He took time to explain everything and answer my questions.
