Has nothing to do with the office - but the parking situation - I can’t imagine how older patrons who may not have a smart phone are dealing with it. I arrived almost 15 min early but was spinning my wheels trying to get my parking situated with the App etc. Ridiculous.

I’ve experienced a lot of healthcare services so far this year. I must say how pleased I was at the dental office. Staff was very nice and professional. Office was very clean and as expected the dental care was excellent.

My experience was good up to the billing where I learned the amount quoted for the scaling included laser treatment which is an optional service of which my health plan will not cover. At no point was it told to me the 20 second laser service would cost me out of pocket $380. This is unacceptable. Patients should be told what services are optional. I am very unhappy about this additional cost. Its bad business as well as expensive.

They won and 79 when I originally came to your practice, you had a very good parking with at least nine reserved spaces. You have moved. And have three reserved parking spaces – each of which is always full. I find your parking to be unacceptable and if it does not change my satisfaction with my dental care, my wife and I will find another practice

I don't have a smartphone. I'm at risk of getting a $50 fine by parking at your location since I can't scan the QR code at the parking space. As a result, I will have to find a dentist closer to where I live.

Your medical care is good. However, I find your business practices to be venial and short sighted. For instance, charging a 3% fee over your customary collection expense. I argue that the use of credit cards mitigates against the various costs collecting from bad debts and bounced checks. The 3% charge is an example of your service price creep and an unnecessary source of irritation to your clients. The use of credit cards is a convenience to both your patients and business.
