My appointment was at 11 am. At 9:15 am, I received a call asking if I can come at 10 am because there was a cancelation. I said sure, so I left work and rushed to make the 10 am appointment Then I had to wait anywaty until 10:50 am when the hygienist was finally ready for me. Almost an hour of my time was wasted when I could have kept my original appointment.

My first visit to your office was professional, efficient, and thorough. Everyone I met was friendly. I did not have to wait long at all. Insurance matters were well researched.
