Very friendly staff personnel and the doctor explained in great detail what the treatment plan will be.

They ran about 30 minutes late to call me in for my appointment. I've been waiting for over week to get a cost break down for my next visit which includes a deep cleaning. They keep telling "we will give you a call". I have called them 4 times with no results. They seem to he very disorganized and customer service is lacking.They expect me to show up to my next appointment without knowing what my insurance will cover or what I am responsible for out of pocket.

They were super social, friendly, caring, and they understood me making sure I was comfortable all the way through.

The staff was very pleasant. However, I feel everything was very rushed. I was told what they were going to do and they did it. I was asked to sign papers while still sitting in the dental chair. I think you should have sat down with me and given me a chance to read. I am a diabetic and had not eaten since it was supposed to be a consultation only and I was out of it. Thanks to the young woman that gave me potatoes chips because I was going to pass out. Also kudos to the tech that cleaned my teeth excellent no pain and no needles
