Staff are compassionate.

Two things. I don’t like the blast procedure instead of the former polish. My teeth don’t feel smooth - especially the backs - after the new procedure.I received a collections letter for my previous visit. I have no outstanding bill so please clear up. And yes I would like written confirmation that it has been taken care of.

First, I had to reschedule my first cleaning appt bc running almost hour late. This time, running 15 minutes late. As a working person, having to reschedule appts and waiting for appts, takes away from my ability to be productive at work and earn money. Second, I find it completely ridiculous that I was charged $16 per quadrant for irrigation. I have dental insurance and still walk out paying hundreds of dollars. This has never occurred at other dental offices.

I am glad that you asked about my experience. When I scheduled this appointment, it was intended to be a routine cleaning (D1110), not periodontal maintenance (D4910) with associated upcharges (i.e., Gingival Irrigation Per Quadrant). Furthermore, when the hygienist asked me to consent to an antimicrobial solution placed under my gums, it was suggested without mention of cost and certainly not two applications at $40.00 each! Prior disclosure is essential!

My recent visit was excellent. DR. Lisa Aguilar DDS, did a wonderful job; she explained to me in detail what I needed to have done. Her assistant did an awesome job as well in assisting me.
