Staff and office are great.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Aguilera was very thorough. I was impressed that there is a cancer screening option available. I took advantage of it and felt it was reasonably priced. Also, Ingrid did a very thorough cleaning and it was painless. Best cleaning ever! I felt very accommodated throughout my visit because I have a terrible gag reflex. Everyone made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you!

A portion of a filing broke during the cleaning and an appointment was supposed to be scheduled but wasn’t due to attempt to collect a bogus debt. In December I had an extraction of a failed crown and root canal that had not even lasted a year. That same month I was sent a bill upon request for a claimed balance. It was paid in full. Now a claim for more money is being made that predates the December bill. This is a lousy business model. You need to send paper bills.

Staff are compassionate.

Two things. I don’t like the blast procedure instead of the former polish. My teeth don’t feel smooth - especially the backs - after the new procedure.I received a collections letter for my previous visit. I have no outstanding bill so please clear up. And yes I would like written confirmation that it has been taken care of.
