I had a Fabulous experience! The staff member, I first encountered on the phone was friendly, kind and professional. She answered all my questions and thanked me. When I arrived, there was immediate eye contact and a warm welcome!! The dental assistant , Gabby was patient and engaged making sure to get all my information and was empathetic to my past “unpleasant experiences “. Dr. Russ was friendly and professional, extremely patient while explaining my dental options and answering all my questions. While checking out I observed how well ALL the staff were working together to make sure everything was going smoothly for patients and staff. I’ve worked in health care for over twenty years and was extremely impressed by the genuine efforts of everyone I encountered at this practice! WELL DONE!!!
