From the entrance to the office, I was greeted with A smile & Good Morning, Happy friendly staff, being treated like you were the only Patient there. Wonderful & Pleasant from beginning of my appointment until finished. Dr Russ is amazing I've given 2 referral cards to friends already. This was my first appointment with DHA - Fishersville. I came in a little nervous because of the type of pain I was in, but the team was very gentle and understanding. The staff in the front office were warm and welcoming from the minute I walked in. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment plan.

This was my first dental visit in 18 years. Everyone in the office was so welcoming. Sadie and Dr. Russ took their time with me, I felt heard when I explained my anxiety. They were patient and thorough and explained procedures before they happened.
