I had appointment in late April I called to reschedule in March. No appointments until October but they could get me in for crown. it felt like money grab. While there I explained my experience. At checkout it was confirmed I didn't want to schedule a crown at this time. She explained payment would be required at time of service and estimated cost. Then she offered to take half now with no appointments...again money focused va patient.

Wait time was painful long. The team was said to be short handed. The staff was nice enough to make me aware of the delay.

The Dental Hygienist that I had was amazing. She was very informative as well as kind and gentle. I definitely appreciated the rapor that we had.

It would be helpful if all clerical staff knew the particulars of the Smile Alliance Club you offer. My wife enrolled at the desk after her appointment with no issue, and was told that I could do the same a week later. That was not the case. Apparently, the only way to add a second family member, if you don't do so upon original enrollment, is to call in and then wait multiple days (still to be determined how many) for the second enrollment to take effect. Would be nice to know!

I had the new Harrisonburg dentist this week and just felt like she was very rushed. I wish she would have asked if I had any other questions instead of just standing up and saying “alright see you next time.” I like Dr. Roberts a lot better. One thing he does a lot better is that he has a very warm personality that puts me at ease. His smile makes it seem like he is genuinely happy to be there instead of just being at a job to earn money.

I had a my bi-annual exam on Tuesday 2/3/2026. Based on this exam i was scheduled to return on Wednesday 2/4. During the exam I was informed that I needed some work on a crown, but after waiting for my my paperwork, I was told to return the following day. Nothing was said about the procedure and what it might cost. Therefore I was rather shocked on Wednesday, when I learned that I needed to co-pay $666.41. I hadn't brought my checkbook. I paid with a credit card with surcharge
