I’m just curious why DHA doesn’t work with patients on payment plans. I can technically pay my $500 bill in full at time of service, but anything else that happens this month with myself or my kids or my car is going to have to wait. I understand some patients might say “oh just send me a bill in the mail” and then never pay it. But as a loyal patient with a history of being able to pay, I think it’s a little silly of a business practice to not offer some kind of option for a payment plan.

I called one day with a problem in the area I had a tooth removed. Dental Associates got me in the very day and I saw Dr. McKinney. He took a look and we discussed the treatment plan. He put my mind to rest as I had been very concerned. It was not as bad as I had expected. As always, he was patient and calm. No rush whatsoever. So I would highly recommend Dental Associates to anyone. Rhonda on the Front Desk is especially helpful with the scheduling and billing.

Having had to get a crown placed. The experience was very nice. Everyone was friendly and it went well. When asking a question I received a good explanation. Everything was checked out to make sure the fit was not going to bother me, and it hasn’t.

Cora was professional and thorough in explaining the procedure and future related procedures. Treatment session moved quickly and was shorter than expected. Minimal discomfort.
