The initial exam included x-rays of my teeth. That was the most painful experience I’ve had in a while. There was problems with the machinery. They kept having to take the pictures over. There was a big plastic hard plastic shield around the device that went into the mouth and it was extremely painful to try to bite down on it. I’ve had a number of x-rays. I’ve never had the pain involved that I had with this experience, this is something I think that you need to look at and correct other than that it was an Experience was fine. bite down on it. Very friendly. I appreciated how informative the hygienist was that I worked with. Walked me through everything she was doing and checked in frequently to ask if I needed anything or had any questions. Made the visit very comfortable!

Despite being in severe pain, the scheduling staff did not care or have any sympathy when booking my emergency root canal appointment. I was in tears at the desk begging for some way to be fit in because I hurt so much, and received apathy in return.
