Good experience for a first visit to the dentist for both of my kids.

Appreciate that you were able to see me right away. Staff were all personable, competent, and put me at ease.

I had a problem and they got me in the very day and gave me a plan to start addressing my problems.

Original appointment was at 1030, changed to 1000 without informing me, so staff thought I was late.

I’m just curious why DHA doesn’t work with patients on payment plans. I can technically pay my $500 bill in full at time of service, but anything else that happens this month with myself or my kids or my car is going to have to wait. I understand some patients might say “oh just send me a bill in the mail” and then never pay it. But as a loyal patient with a history of being able to pay, I think it’s a little silly of a business practice to not offer some kind of option for a payment plan.
