I had a positive experience. Everything was great. Although I don't think it makes much sense to have a new patient appt separate from a cleaning. Also it would've been nice if that would've been explained to me when I made the new patient appt- that a cleaning wasn't included.

The hygienist was absolutely wonderful—can, competent, patient, and caring. She made me feel like she really cared about me and made me feel as relaxed as possible. Dr. Voorhees was also fantastic and similarly helpful and caring. I left with a clear plan and next steps. The women at the front desk were not quite as welcoming and warm.

Dentist and assistant and checkout were great. Check in girl had no personality at all- very bland, bored, no enthusiasmI do think your price for nitrous is outrageous!!!!! Look online! your price is 2-6 times average price! I don't believe it costs you that much and you should offer it at a reasonable price for comfort and anti-anxiety for your patients. I suspect lowering that fee would encourage a whole lot more patients scheduling procedures so your bottom line would increase as would patient satisfaction. I would gladly pay out of pocket for it if you were falling in ballpark of average cost. Please make sure management sees thisin.

I thought Brandy and Dr. Soto were really nice and made my first dental appointment easy. I recently moved to Virginia from Kentucky and had went to the same dentist for well over a decade. So coming to a new office made me nervous but they made the experience great. Thanks!

Out of cripiling fear from previous bad experiences with other dental practices, I had not been to the dentist in at least 10 years. I had a tooth that was really painful and a friend suggested dental health associates so I made an appointment. The staff was really friendly and reassuring. Lindsey at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my med list from my regular doctor’s office, because I had accidentally left my copy at home. McKenzie, the dental assistant, was very friendly and reassuring and helped to calm my fears. She also helped Dr. Bernard while he was doing my exam and fillings. The two worked really well together and I was 95% stress-free. Dr. Bernard understood how scared I was of having a needle in my mouth. He went slow and was very reassuring, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole procedure. During my visit, I had a full set of x-rays, my exam was thorough, and they even squeezed me in to do two fillings on the teeth that we’re giving me a lot of pain.I will go back to see Dr. Bernard without any anxiety or hesitation. He truly was terrific so was McKenzie at helping to keep my mind on other things and again, Lindsey in the office went above and beyond to help me out and I just really appreciate everyone’s work and compassion yesterday during my visit.

I was worried about how I would be received due to a long lapse in professional dental care. However, I was treated with such kindness and respect. All staff were nonjudgmental and very supportive.
