Rude, disrespectful

Great experience

I was very pleased with the way the dentist reassured me and helped me feel calm during the visit. I was concerned about a chipped tooth. But soon felt reassured.

My two boys, Mason and Preston Campbell came in for their first visit yesterday. Everything was great except for one concern. I wasn’t asked before xrays and fluoride were done. Every other office we’ve been to always asks me before those are done to make sure that I consent. I thought the parent had to give consent before those are done? I’m not against fluoride or xrays, but I need to be asked before xrays, fluoride, and anything other than the normal cleaning due to insurance limits.

Your bored front office staff is ridiculous. Back of the house is fine.The desk staff make me want to go elsewhere
