It wasn’t difficult at all the front desk didn’t want to answer any additional questions I asked unless she spoke with the dentist, I have never experienced anything like that in all my years of life.

Staff were not able to schedule a 6 month cleaning due to staff shortage and have not contacted me to say they can

My first visit was interesting Dr Patel is very customer focused truly appreciate him. The office was short staffed but still was greeted timely by the gentleman at front desk. The thing that concerning I hope as I get familiar with the staff will improve.

I had to have a broken tooth extracted and I’m a bit anxious 😬 - no, I’m not just anxious, I am PETRIFIED of anything causing pain in my mouth (dentists) but the girl at the front put me with a very kind and gentle (and cute) dentist who took care of it with minimal discomfort. Thank you 😊
