​I came in for an urgent, specific issue: an exposed tooth that needed a temporary crown and a replacement ordered. the primary issue I came in to fix was left completely unaddressed. Instead, I was put through a series of unauthorized diagnostic tests—including a 360 scan I never asked for—that felt like an attempt to build a high-cost treatment plan rather than treat my emergency.​It was a total bait-and-switch. To use an analogy: I brought my car in for an urgent oil change, and instead of changing the oil, the shop ignored the issue and tried to bill me to rebuild the entire engine. This experience was deeply frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly managed.

I had a temporary crown put in today and was to come back in three weeks, but front desk said the earliest I could come in is seven weeks. I questioned that letting them know the doctor said to come in three weeks, but they said that was the earliest that they had. I did some research and it is not safe to have a temporary crown on for that long and it can cause more damage. I’m disappointed in them, initiating a multi step procedure without having the time to actually accommodate it.
