Everything was great

I took my prescription to be filled and I was turned away because of the date. I had to call the office, I was left on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. I called back to be told that there were two individuals ahead of me. I had to let the individual know I had been on hold and hung up on. They handled my request.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am but I wasn’t called back until 10:20am.

I can’t get in for a cleaning until October. That will put me over a year between cleanings. This has been the case for a few years now and I am starting to look for another dental office.
