Wonderful...very detailed and informative appointment

Doctor was nice business was clean but front staff was rude ghetto and very unprofessional. When it was time to check out yesterday they became even more unprofessional along with other staff. To hear them talking about patients and calling the patients nasty and trifling and one girl even said how she wanted to vomit smelling patient breathe. They are entitled to say what they want but why have these conversations in front of a patient in the lobby and also why be loud and ghetto. The facility is already small and to be yelling out patients personal information is bad business. As a new patient I was disgusted with this facility and honestly don’t have to return or wouldn’t refer them to anyone I also will be doing a good review I left at 3:45pm and no one called me until almost 6 to go over the treatment plan and even then they was unprofessional just yelling on the voicemail saying hello and didn’t leave a proper message of who to contact why they called nothing. Today I returned call soon as they opened it’s 10:21 and the office manager call I requested still has not happed. The staff is distasteful.

Jennifer and Cierra were top notch! Jennifer (hygienist) explained each process of what she was going to do and the cleaning was quick but very thorough. The dentist was very friendly and thorough as well!! Excellent overall experience!!
