This was my first time visiting the office and my experience was nothing short of amazing; Jeneifer was very informative, pleasant, and precise in every regard.

My experience with the Office Manager Simone was disturbingly challenging. Simone has an authoritative entitled personality as the office manager in charge. She Provided me personally with non listening skills on her part. She was dismissive with one simple request. I had to repeatedly ask her to provide a simple phone number to which she refused through dismissing and not meeting my one simple request. She was testy sarcastic with a smile. She appeared to be challenging my one simple request. She walked the halls like she was looking for something to complain about in a Gossipy mannerism. The environment appeared very gossiping and drama driven for entertainment to get through their day. From the front desk to office manager Simone. It took me 30 minutes of trying to navigate from very narrow parking space while they watched from inside at the front desk and offered no assistance. The Narrow parking spaces for larger vehicles are Unsafely too close for parking and could cause a fender incident when trying to navigate in and out of parking spaces. I would gladly recommend Dr. Sanchez. But not Dental One At Eagles Landing because of my first and lasting unpleasant experience on 09/15/2026.
