My first was wonderful, I came in for consultation was promptly scheduled to have my tooth fixed the following day. However when I came in for the visit to have it fixed I was informed that the systems were down and after waking up super to early to be there on time because I live an hour away I was unable to be seen I was disappointed I have been looking forward to this moment and was so excited be finally getting it fixed only to be crushed that it wasn’t

Professional competent staff, small but clean pleasant waiting area. However, even though my dental needs were clearly described telephonically when scheduling my appointment, Dental One could not provide the dental services I requested/required/expected during my visit.

My experience was 10/10. From the moment I walked through that door to the moment I walked out. It’s very rare to find a dental office front desk agents 1. At the desk and 2. Friendly and polite. I was looking for my dentist home and I believe I found it. Everyone that dealt with me was very professional and friendly, especially the dentist assistant…I can’t believe I forgot her name. Very sweet and pleasant person who made it a point of her duty to explain everything prior. A BIG THANK YOU 🙏🏽
