Took too long to check which could have been avoided if your office person checks the insurance for patients on schedule prior to. Check in person said insurance had termed which was not accurate. I had to call insurance which is not the patients responsibility. It should be office as is what they are hired to do

Went to Dental Office on February 18 2026 because no one answers the phone or leave messages on answering machine no one returns calls. So appointment was made for February 24, 2026 12:00. When got there it was 1:00 before I was able to see Ms. Brittany. So I tell her about my partial upper teeth broke in half. She tell me she will need go up front to see if we need to put in a new consult to have a new partial made. I received these partials upper and lower in August 2025.

I had a procedure on 10 February (right bottom molar ) temporary cap was put in. It came out the next day. I called the office and made arrangements to come in to put it back. It was in for 2 days, then I came back and the permanent cap was put in. The permanent cap was in for one day ( I almost swallowed it). Now I have an appointment on 27 February to do work on front teeth. I would like to have the rear cap to at least stay in place before the work on the front teeth begins. Thanks..

Office Environment was more placent and patient by listening to what you have to say and responded back with an placent Satisfying answer. It is a better atmosphere.

I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early, only to wait 10 minutes before even being checked in. I completed my annual paperwork, only to wait another 15 minutes before being called back. My appointment was at 10am, at 10:50, I decided to leave because I have a job. Over an hour wasted, and I have no cleaning. I used to visit the old loc, and stopped going b/c the wait times were terrible. I do hope this office is not headed back in that direction b/c I actually really like this practice.

This issue has been going on for a year, and I'm not saying the problem is your office fault, I just need for it to get resolved. I have some dental work that I'm in dire need of but the process of getting the information to the VA/community care representative has failed. Your office said the information has been sent, but I've spoken with the VA and they said they haven't received any documents pertaining to dental work. I spoke with a rep yesterday. She said she would handle it.
