I’ve never felt so welcomed to a dentist appointment. It was a very peaceful energy in the place and the service was immaculate.

The receptionist entering, and for my check-in was pleasant however, not really attentive. The weight was about 30 minutes. The doctor did not appear to be knowledgeable at all, which is why I am looking to relocate locations. The checkout receptionist had much of an attitude and was very unprofessional.

The X-ray part was excellent she did a great job !! Wasn’t to happy with my oral exam with the doctor

My first visit to this dental office was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was warm, friendly, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and took the time to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way.Even though visiting the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to, the team went above and beyond to create a relaxing and reassuring environment.

I was in severe pain and expected to have the tooth removed and instead I was sent home with 2 prescriptions and a referral

Very polite, warm and inviting environment for a dentist office. I felt very comfortable. Timely service, which is very important but very rare these days.

I don’t feel like the receptionist or front desk person was pleasant at all. I had to fill out paperwork that. I had just completed online a few days prior when booking the appointment. Then the tech was not gentle at all when taking X-rays, plus I’ve never had so many or it take so long to take X-rays. Then after all that the dentist I saw attempted to capitalize offf the fact that I had not been to the dentist in a little over a year. She exams my mouth then asked if I wanted a cleaning then said hold on and left. She says hold on and leaves the room. The next thing I know the billing lady came back in and said I required a deep cleaning and it would be $189 and some change. I have been linger without a cleaning with more buildup and was never told I HAD to get a deep cleaning or pay anything in excess of what my insurance covered. I missed time from work and I’m sure you’re going to bill my insurance for service when I left without a cleaning. I was completely disappointed and actually kind of disgusted by it all.
