As always my dental cleaning was relaxing yet very thorough. I come every 4 months and it’s always 5 Star.

My appointment was at 2 I was there early and wasn't taken back until after 2:15.

My hygnist did a great job on cleaning my teeth.

I was totally miss understood and disappointed, I came in for lower Dentures and I was told they were temporary dentures. That I had to come back for my permanent dentures in six months, then ask about getting a new upper denture, I answered I probably would not knowing I was being billed for it at this time. I would love to just get what I came for, and deal with the rest when I can afford it thanks.

I was charged twice on my first visit. When I inquired, the clerk told me that the reason was I was charged twice is because I paying for bill. Half of the bill and the other half later. I never signed for second half ($917). She never told me about the second half.

The front desk lady was not very professional.This was my first time visiting this office as I’m looking for a new dentist. I quickly determined this would not the office for me but I didn’t want to incur a cancellation fee after my arrival, so I continued. After my cleaning 3/5/26, I will not be returning . I believe her name is Renae. Other office staff was nice and the front girl was literally sweet to everyone else tho. I don’t know that lady, so I don’t know her issue.

I would love to speak with someone regarding my issues. Due to Dental One Associates office practice with half the payments Is due prior to services being provided. I received a letter from Bri BenefitResource.com. The letter read we are unable to reimburse your submitted claims(s) at this time for the following reasons): The claim predates services being provided. The IRS requires that reimbursement be based on the date a service is provided not on the date when a payment is made.

Being honest. Dr. Wilson is a saving grace for this location. He remains professional, courteous, patient, and an excellent listener. He is too smooth. The support staff needs some adjustments. The front desk lady, tattoo, braces. She is extremely aggressive almost demeaning. She challenges you as if how dare you call with questions about your fees and charges. She will tell you how it will go and at a rapid pace to where you can't comment back. A lot of background street talk from staff as well
