The dentist and hygienist were wonderful although upon entry they were Very unprofessional at the front desk. Communication is poor and rude. I.e. lack of empathy for people coming in with pain.

My experience was very pleasant. I was seen promptly; the officer staff was most professional, helpful & efficient; the dental assistant was most efficient & friendly & most of all Dr. Wilson is the bomb!

I am not sure enough about this practice yet, it is my first visit and it is a consultation/evaluation according to them but the policies are crazy to me. How ever I like Dr will whom I met as the Dentist.So I will see how is going to be like

I think that x-rays should be scheduled at the same time of a cleaning so that patients do not have to come twice to do both.

All of the persons from the dentist to the office staff were not only professional but pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed and felt safe in their care.

Surprisingly pleasant

Everyone was very friendly! Dr. Wilson explained my dental treatment plan very throughly.

Dr. Wilson was helpful and provided a referral to an oral surgeon to assist with my son condition.

I’ve never felt so welcomed to a dentist appointment. It was a very peaceful energy in the place and the service was immaculate.

The receptionist entering, and for my check-in was pleasant however, not really attentive. The weight was about 30 minutes. The doctor did not appear to be knowledgeable at all, which is why I am looking to relocate locations. The checkout receptionist had much of an attitude and was very unprofessional.
