Schedule time was efficient

I have had 3 appointments in the past year. In all 3, I have been struck by the front desk and hygenists' interactions with me. They are not friendly - no smiling, no asking if they can help, no seeming to take an interest in their patients. I am a healthcare provider myself and I know that making patients feel comfortable and valued is important. My spouse has had the same impressions of his interactions at this clinic, BTW. Everyone seems to just be going through the motions here.

I have to be honest. The numbing was very traumatic for me. After talking to others they said they’ve had laughing gas but none of the 3 people I spoke to including my son and brother said they’ve ever felt the needle that numbed them. The tooth extraction was fine but I tear up when I think about the numbing part. The bedside manner though was great. I want to keep this dental office but I am unsure if I could go through that again without it being more painless.
