The girl at the front desk tried to get me to sign for something without even showing it to me first. She claimed she couldn't print it out. When I insisted, she did print it out, but again pressured me to sign without reading it first. I demanded to talk to the dentist and the dentist sorted it out, but the experience with the desk person was very upsetting.

My appointment was at 11:30a. I was not taken to the room/chair until 12p and the cleaning did not begin until 12:25pm. I waited for basically an hour, that is unacceptable. I expressed this to two staff members at my visit. This is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of wait here. I will be switching to a new dental office is this will be the standard moving forward at dental one.

I need dentist to explain complete treatment plan before I leave the chair. I received treatment plan as I was checking out and there was a code for”upgrade option”. It’s not covered by insurance and I have no idea what that means. Is it actually an “option”? I did call the office but it was of no help I should add that Jen is really helpful and explains everything to me. My problem is with dentist and how treatment plans and bills are presented

Dr. Dixon was magic. Great professional. Dr. Benson was the same. The Assistants were likewise excellent. BUT, I think I have pulverized the crown a bit and some of the cement, etc are scratching the side of my tongue. I'd love to have it sanded down if that's a simple & quick visit.

I did not see the doctor until an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time. It was a disruption to the rest of my day’s schedule.It was hard to find a front desk staff member to get an update about the delay.The waiting room floor appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned or even swept in weeks.

I waited 20 minutes in the lobby after Autumn had finished my cleaning to get checked out. There must be a better system. I had another appointment and was running late. Also the amount I was told I needed to pay was six times what was quoted before the work was done. BUt I'm less concerned about the copay as waiting so long to check out. That'a a problem.
