All of the staff were very friendly and pleasant to talk with and they explained everything very well

Scared tactics without any options? Can’t even pull teeth ? Never had so bad a problem with out clearing trying to not save teeth?

I emailed through my concerns through the website. The hygienist was very rough initially while cleaning my teeth. I jolted and was hoping she would continue cleaning my teeth a little more gently. Instead she got very defensive. I have never been in a place where I’m apologizing to the hygienist.Also I made an appointment to see one doctor and was not seen by that doctor.

I was really impressed with the professionalism of the front office staff. Jennifer took the time to sort out my dual insurances for the specific codes on my treatment plan. This level of support is becoming increasingly rare and I'm so happy I decided to go with your practice

Effective 30 May you have discontinued your relationship with The Maryland State EmployeeDental Plan. WHY?? I have been a patient of Dental One since 1994+/- years and would prefer to continue with you, but we will follow where our dental coverage will cover me and my wife (Jane K. Conaway). Too bad for us and the many other state employees & retirees who must now find another dental practice to take care of our oral health care needs. Why aren't you renewing?

The office was up to date and clean. It seemed that the equipment was new. The dental assistant was polite and knowledgeable. The Doctor explained everything well.
