It was a wonderful first experience! The dental team was professional, warm and caring. I especially liked Dr. Everett’s concern for the process to keep me safe. I was also impressed with the overall appearance and staffing of the office. The willingness to work with me to confirm my insurance details was very much appreciated. After being with another dental provider for almost 40 years, I am extremely happy with my choice to switch to Dental One!

I felt more relaxed at this dental appointment than I felt at a dental appointment, possibly ever. I really appreciated everyone's friendliness, and warmth. It felt sincere. The biggest thing I felt was no one was rushing around.They were all taking their time to listen to you,to speak with you, and no one was in a huge rush acting like you were just a number.It was really a different experience then I always expect to have at a dentist and was an experience that I welcomed. I want to say that I was very impressed by Dr. Everett who took care of me. The time she spent patiently explaining things to me and checking over my situation was impressive.

I scheduled for a cleaning as an existing customer and I was treated as a new patient I did not get a cleaning I got x-rays for the 4th time and exam. The doctor was angry and frustrated because I refused to have preventive work done .. I said "I just want my teeth cleaned" and she said "that's not how it works in this office" which I understood to be... you can't get your teeth cleaned unless you buy more treatments. This has been an ongoing problem with me. I get x-rays every time I come
