This is feedback for my visit on January 5th, 2026. I was called in 10 minutes late at the start of my appointment. At the end of the appointment, I was told to wait in the waiting room for billing. After 25 minutes, I had to approach the receptionist and ask what was going on, since I have been waiting and no one called me. She told me that I was checked out and nothing else is needed. I have never spent more time waiting than for the actual appointment, ever!

Seems that the Smile Alliance Club membership I had placed on file did not sync with your system, so it was showing that I would've owed WAY more $ than necessary for my first visit. Had I not been up to date and very thorough in my own process about the costs, I could've been incorrectly charged. This def seems to be a system issue, not the fault of any staff member, however this occurred both at the beginning of my visit when costs were being explained AND at the end at the payment window.
