My experience was good. I just wish that I would have been informed that my cleaning would not be part of the initial consultation. I could have scheduled accordingly.

In a stressful situation- the front office and periodontist were so kind. I trust Dr. k and his team. The check out and scheduling were easy because of the very kind desk support.

The girl at the front desk tried to get me to sign for something without even showing it to me first. She claimed she couldn't print it out. When I insisted, she did print it out, but again pressured me to sign without reading it first. I demanded to talk to the dentist and the dentist sorted it out, but the experience with the desk person was very upsetting.

My appointment was at 11:30a. I was not taken to the room/chair until 12p and the cleaning did not begin until 12:25pm. I waited for basically an hour, that is unacceptable. I expressed this to two staff members at my visit. This is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of wait here. I will be switching to a new dental office is this will be the standard moving forward at dental one.

I need dentist to explain complete treatment plan before I leave the chair. I received treatment plan as I was checking out and there was a code for”upgrade option”. It’s not covered by insurance and I have no idea what that means. Is it actually an “option”? I did call the office but it was of no help I should add that Jen is really helpful and explains everything to me. My problem is with dentist and how treatment plans and bills are presented

As always Autumn takes excellent care with my dental needs.. I won't go to anyone else.
