My visit to Dental One Associate Harford/Abingdon location was extremely pleasant. My hygienist, Luba, was very gentle & professional. Highly recommend!

I wish things were a little more communicated prior to the appointment, but I appreciate the quick offer of help when needed.

Staff and the dentist were friendly and professional. However, I found the imaging during my visit to be excessive and uncomfortable. I had a large number of individual x-rays (I lost count but estimate 20-30) plus a panoramic image and digital scan without a clear explanation of why so many were needed. The bite wings also were too large for my mouth and caused soft tissue discomfort and minor scratches throughout my mouth that I am still feeling several days later. The back of my mouth got scratched as well from the digital scan. I would appreciate clearer communication about the purpose of so much imaging and more attention to patient comfort in equipment sizing and technique in the future.

Staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful - I have been looking for a permanent dental practice and this one seems great.
