I was not informed my hygienist had changedThe receptionist told me I owed 111.25Laser treatment - 55 (which was extra I was never informed or given the option that it would incur additional charge by the hygienist).Also my daughter had an outstanding balance it was added to my bill I was not told until after I saw my receipt.The receptionist gave me a blank stare teenager attitude like it was my fault I wasn’t informed and no attempt to escalate to a manger

My hygienist was pretty rough and fast - I appreciate the appointment not taking an hour, but it was not a very thorough cleaning.

Yes, my hygienist. Miss Mary did an awful awful job. She did not do any of the things that was needed to be done. She did not use any tools only to scrub my teeth and laser. She did nothing else, my hygienist’s Miss Mary did an absolutely awful job. She did not do any of the things that was needed to be done. She did not use any of the dentist tools, she only scrub my teeth and laser them. She did nothing else I will not be returning at all. You have lost my business.

My usual hygienist, Nancy no longer works there so I was placed with someone new.The person who took my X-rays was very nice and it was pleasant experience.The person who cleaned my teeth was horrible as well as the dentist was the worst experience.If I was a new patient I would look for a new dentist and hygienist.I accidentally got stabbed with the water sprayer and scraped and no apology was given. She was very forceful with flossing. There was no patient/ hygienist interaction.

I went to get a cleaning and the staff were so very kind. They were gentle with me and they explained everything that was going on. Also, the dentist was great and just took care of what I needed to get done.Also, I don’t wait at all.
