I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before I went to the front desk and asked. I’m pretty sure they forgot about me because after I asked they immediately took me back.The dentist didn’t really listen to any of my financial concerns and made me feel guilty for not having procedures done. Felt like he was selling me as much as he couldThen at checkout I was told I have to schedule my cleaning or two separate sessions. First is 1/2 of an hour in the second is the other half of the mouth. I’ve been using this same insurance for a while and I’ve never had a dentist tell me that. Seems like they’re just trying to get as much as they can out of the co-pays for the visits.The girl at checkout was rude and didn’t help me understand the costs clearly
