Could you have just one going in the lobby? There was music playing and tv playing in the lobby, on top of the dentistry noises and the business next door had their music turned up. The last two you can not control so no worries. It was a bit much (especially as I was trying to read a book while I waited). Personally I prefer to hear music over television in the lobby, but whichever you pick, just one please. I also hit my head on a tv when laying my jacket in a chair in the exam room.

This was my first meeting with Mary. She did an excellent job, as well as the entire staff.

Want to talk with periodontist and chattwhal Abt tooth extraction and other teeth issues since last meeting in December. Asked for a callback for 2/13/26. None received. Prices are extremely high. Don't understand why part B won't cover any of tooth extraction after my Aetna secondary insurance said it would. I'll check with them about that again. No indication other followup appointment costing me at minimum of 1400$. 4500-5000$ for a tooth extraction is absurd.

The earliest appointment for an evaluation for a n implant was at the end of April. I was referred for an extraction as well and we had discussed costs and abridge versus two more implants. Of course I shouldn’t wait for the extraction so 3 months is way too long to wait.

It has been recommended to me for many years, that I have cleaning every 4 mos.. This has become a problem. Scheduling is in excess of 6 mos..I am happy with my care, but am frustrated about delay in securing appointments. Perhaps, limiting number of new patients might be necessary.
