Staff and the dentist were friendly and professional. However, I found the imaging during my visit to be excessive and uncomfortable. I had a large number of individual x-rays (I lost count but estimate 20-30) plus a panoramic image and digital scan without a clear explanation of why so many were needed. The bite wings also were too large for my mouth and caused soft tissue discomfort and minor scratches throughout my mouth that I am still feeling several days later. The back of my mouth got scratched as well from the digital scan. I would appreciate clearer communication about the purpose of so much imaging and more attention to patient comfort in equipment sizing and technique in the future.

I was not informed my hygienist had changedThe receptionist told me I owed 111.25Laser treatment - 55 (which was extra I was never informed or given the option that it would incur additional charge by the hygienist).Also my daughter had an outstanding balance it was added to my bill I was not told until after I saw my receipt.The receptionist gave me a blank stare teenager attitude like it was my fault I wasn’t informed and no attempt to escalate to a manger
