I have had this broken crown in my mouth for almost two years. I had it done at dental one twice due to them not getting it correct. When it chipped I come back to get it redone and I still have to pay more money. This tooth is a cash cow to them. I haven't been a Le to chew on that side for years. I can't afford to pay but I need help. . Contacting a member won't help. Im looking elsewhere for help. Im very disappointed.

I waited an hour to before being called back.i was there for a cleaning. I also felt like because they were behind. My cleaning was rushed.

I have been given conflicting statements on the issue with sensitivity on my upper right molar , I had a cavity filled last fall and was told that the filling is close to the nerve and if sensitivity continues I can be recommended for a root canal. I came in yesterday and was told that they didnt do the filling (you did ) and was told to use sensitive toothpaste which i have been using and it's not helping i have not been able to drink cold water on the right side of my mouth for over 6 months

Had to complete a orm that was very time consuming. The form was quite repetitive and could've been streamlined. The wait after cleaning was entirely too long. Had to wait nearly 30 mins or more 4 a doctor. Had to flag down another assistant that wasn't my original assistant.

All was good and professional, very clean as well.

First, Dr Sabur and her assistant are consistently great! I look forward to having them helping me with my dental healthEvery visit is above excellent!However, I don't know what happened on 3/16/26. I had an implant and came in to install my crown.I was sitting in the dental chair from 7:15am with my appointment time at 8am and got out at 11:03am.As a person on a strict schedule I had to cancel four appointment with clients who needed my service.
