The office doesn’t answer calls and or return call’s timely I for example left a message two weeks ago still no call back, also most dental offices you go into you get your x-rays you get your exam and you get your cleaning, but this office likes to do the exam and then have you come back for a cleaning for a working professional That’s a huge inconvenience. Not to mention the wait time was ridiculous.

I had a concern about the cleanliness of one of the items being used in my mouth because it had visible red stains on it like lipstick or something and they just dismissed my concern which made it harder for her to complete my X-rays because I wouldn’t bite down on it.

Lack of flexibility, restrictions in scheduling. Open at 8am but only do this cleaning after 10am on certain days made scheduling an appointment extremely difficult to where I am unable to come back in for my next appointment until 5 months later when in a perfect world. My next appointment would have been 2-6 weeks later.

The dentist was great and knowledgeable. However, the administrative activities need a lot of work. If the insurance is not verified by the practice before the scheduled appointment, I think it’s beneficial to let the patient know , so they can make the choice to reschedule and not sit in the waiting room due to insurance verification. Also, when recommending a surgery, the from desk personnel need to have knowledge or communicate with the personnel that do schedule appointments for the preferred surgeon. Giving the paper work for me to schedule is not a good idea especially when there are notes the dentist specifically wrote that the personnel need to specify to the surgeon.
