I love Darleen she is awesome. Wait time was one hour behind schedule. I understand being short staff but if appointments are behind schedule I wish I could have gotten a message to come in later as I had other things to do and it put me behind schedule so much do that I couldn’t wait for my dental exam by Dr. McMillon.

The care was superb!

I had a good experience overall however, 1.5 hours prior to surgery I finally received pre-operation instructions which included things I should’ve been doing the night before since I googled, I was able to move forward with the extraction. The young lady was unprofessional in her response and stated that I should have the paper & if I had questions I could’ve called. My consultation was in November and I did call but did not get through to the line provided. Is this standard practice?

My appt was for 9am but I waited until 10:15am to receive my dental cleaning. I’m aware that things happen and appointments run behind schedule but I didn’t plan on waiting so long and leaving the dental office almost 2hrs after my scheduled appt.

A very caring and compassionate staff. I can't say nothing negative about this dentist office. Kudos for all who made my visit exceptional. The office and medical staff worked in sync to get me in and out before my scheduled appointment time. 🙏👌

My experience went very well, I have no complaints.

The front desk is very rude and condescending. I called to cancel a appointment and it wasn't cancelled. Had i cancel it online. I had questions for the dentist regarding my treatment plan and referral to oral surgery. No call back from the office. Referral firvoral surgery was out of network when I called to schedule wanted a 259.00 consultation fee and scheduled out 2 months, for a painful infected wisdom tooth. Would not let me speak to the office manager, Wouldnt give me x-rays.
