I had an amazing experience the place was very clean staff was friendly and professional it felt like family

I have been quite content with you all until this week, when I have been unable to get a call back after daily attempts. I have a collapsed bridge and two missing crowns. I surmise that there is some upset in the officew- vacations? I would be grateful fo some call back.

My issue was unresolved.

The front office staff was very friendly. I was called back very close to my appointment time but it took a while to see the doctor. Then I was told they wouldn’t be able to perform my cleaning due to being over booked. They were however able to reschedule me for later that day but I had to come back which was inconvenient. The hygienist was incredibly heavy handed so my mouth was bleeding and sore after my cleaning. They referred me out for a root canal and the facility is quite a long distance away. They should employ referral partners closer to the office location. I decided to go back to them for follow up but I don’t know how likely I am to refer them to someone else.

Friendly staff

The office doesn’t answer calls and or return call’s timely I for example left a message two weeks ago still no call back, also most dental offices you go into you get your x-rays you get your exam and you get your cleaning, but this office likes to do the exam and then have you come back for a cleaning for a working professional That’s a huge inconvenience. Not to mention the wait time was ridiculous.

Doctor and staff very professional and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable.
