Staff is great. Dr Gopolan explained most of the procedures as they were happening.

My annual cleaning was positive, except for when the dentist reviewed my X-rays. She said there was a “shadow” on the X-ray of my front tooth. She was unable to see a cavity when looking at the tooth, but the “shadow” made her want to drill into my front tooth to see if there was a cavity or not. I advocated for a second x-ray, which then showed no “shadow.” The dentist the said there was no need to drill because of the second X-ray. Had I not asked, she would have drilled unnecessarily.

First of all I was not made aware at the time I scheduled my appointment that I would not be seeing a dentist. It is hard for me to take time away from work to get to the dentist. Upon arriving I was told my dentist is off on Mondays but he will review the hygenist's notes and my Xrays then he will call me tomorrow. Now I am expected to take a phone call during my work day and I am not permitted to take personal calls at work. My time is just as valuable as the dentist's.

The lady that did the cleaning was really great and I hope I can be scheduled to work with her again! I enjoyed interacting with Haley and tried to call her back later to schedule my grandson for his cleaning but I was BLOCKED BY SOMEONE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE BITH TIMES! I guess I am not allowed to speak with a certain person (which Haley told me I could when I got to see my grandson's school scheudule) without going through this OFFICE ENFORCER! Other than that verything went normally.

I was able to be seen by Dr. Sharma the next day!She and her staff are friendly, professional and take the time to answer any/all questions. Dr. Sharma and staff are supportive of patient needs.The office is very clean and comfortable. Dr.Sharma’s follow—thru with prescriptions being sent to pharmacy is immediate.

I arrived 15 min early and checked in, and after an hour of sitting there I went to the desk to check. Person that checked me in put an "M" next to my name which I was told meant I never showed up. So the hygienist didn't come out. When I said this had happened the LAST time I came, she told me it is a frequent occurrence. Person at the desk checking people in needs more training or to be replaced. If it happens the next time I go, I'm walking out for good.
