Very Professional Staff and Dentist

It's a nice place, clean, good customer service, only had a delay getting seen despite my appointment but otherwise it was all good

When I first walked into the office, there were several receptionists sitting at their desks and not one greeted me. I walked to a desk and someone else asked abruptly “did you check in yet?” I said “No, I just got here.” Nobody offered to check me in still. I went up to someone else and said I needed to check in and then I was finally helped. At all other dentists I’ve been to, I’ve been greeted promptly and kindly, so this was not the kind of service I expected. My appointment was at 11:00 am and I wasn’t seen until 11:30.

Not bad only the first

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. That day in particular the system and internet were running very slow (I understand stuff happens I work in medical) so I was unable to wait to schedule my follow up appointment because I had to get to work myself. The staff were accommodating and was able to text me and coordinate my next appointment. I appreciated that.

The whole staff is very welcoming! They make you feel comfortable and confident in the care they provide for you!

Dr Rand was excellent explained everything and was very patient to listen to yu front desk was pleasant and Stephanie was kind too and gentle

I was looking for a new dentist & I'm so happy I found this office. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. I saw Dr. Parsana, she was warm, friendly & very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable & taken care of. I like that they will discuss your treatment plan & tell you ahead of time any cost you will pay beforehand. I spoke to someone in the billing department at the end of my visit. She was very kind, patient & explained my coverage. Overall I had a wonderful first visit!
