I was there for over an hour for just X-rays . Then I had to take off work again for cleaning. They couldn’t have the fill-in treatment immediately after so I had to come back 3 hours later. Then I was told I would speak to ortho too then they told me no, not the same day I need to take off work again to speak to orthodontist . I just walked out b/c it’s no way I’m using 3 PTO days for the dentist and the communication was horrible .

I must admit from the time I was informed about your facility and the recommendation from a previous patient I said I would give myself a chance to be treated by Dental one and from the time of being welcomed by the receptionist the technician and the Dentist I’m just in ah this is best Dental treatment I’ve ever received extremely professional and just a awesome experience 5 star treatment times two you define patient is first it’s not catch phrase it’s felt it’s presented thank you so much for being the best…..

I was surprised by how large the practice was, but very pleased with the level of care. Using the online registration firm simplified intake easy and wait for treatment was short. Dentist and dental hygienist were very professional.

Everyone was friendly and my appointment went smoothly.

I did the paper work on line did have to do it in the office,no fun?otherwise every thing was fine.

Everyone was very friendly, front desk folks super nice, and the medical staff was great. It was my first time at this office, and my GPS put me on a bit of a wild goose chase. I was 5 minutes late. But then ended up waiting :50 minutes beyond that to be seen. I almost walked. Told the receptionist, who then let someone know. My original time was 3 pm, then I was contacted to come at 2, which I did. Was there some mix up on your scheduling computers? Once I got back to the assembly line, I was impressed with the professionalism, state of the art equipment. My husband who is a recent patient of yours, claims that all the work he has had done, has been painless. I am going back for more work. I will judge for myself. I run a voice studio, and if I kept my clients waiting almost an hour, I would not have a business for long. There was another woman in the waiting area who was waiting over an hour to be seen. When running so far behind, perhaps a call to the folks later in the day would be a nice curtesy, to give them a heads up and the option to reschedule.

Staff is great. Dr Gopolan explained most of the procedures as they were happening.

My annual cleaning was positive, except for when the dentist reviewed my X-rays. She said there was a “shadow” on the X-ray of my front tooth. She was unable to see a cavity when looking at the tooth, but the “shadow” made her want to drill into my front tooth to see if there was a cavity or not. I advocated for a second x-ray, which then showed no “shadow.” The dentist the said there was no need to drill because of the second X-ray. Had I not asked, she would have drilled unnecessarily.
