The dentist was rude and pushy. After politely telling her that I had a periodontal cleaning last year, she told me that I needed a perio cleaning otherwise I couldn’t get a regular cleaning. It is fine to recommend treatments but highly unprofessional to refuse a regular cleaning when that was what the appointment was for.

Everyone was extremely professional. My Dental assistant was patient and carefully explained not only what she was doing but next steps.

It was a good visit. A little overwhelming on the pricing but that was of no one’s fault but my own.

The dentist was very nice and professional as I had only gone to get my tooth extracted..The front desk was not a pleasant experience they made feel like I shouldn’t be there ..I picked this dentist bcz I felt she’s good and it’s true very great professional treatment !

Please tell me how 30 attempted bite wings (I have a small mouth and the person doing these was very patient) and a consult with the dentist followed by a second appointment for cleaning saves the insurance company money. I was at the office for almost 2 hours. I’ve never had a dental appt, with cleaning, take that long and, now I have to go back for my cleaning. I also had to go back in the waiting room to wait to be called to set up my cleaning appt. I felt completely demoralized at the end of my appt.

Very disappointed. Before going I called to be sure insurance was accepted. Was told yes. I had an x ray from the referral dentist. Was told can’t use and I understand. But after x ray from the office, the dr said there was no way they could help. Even assistant said it was obvious. I agreed to the x ray not covered asking if the procedure would. I was told not sure. Insurance wouldn’t cover anything and the work can’t be done. I was charged $375 for nothing and wasted 1/2 day. Very very disappointed and feel taken advantage of

I had a very nice first visit with Dental One. The staff was very well spoken and kind in explaining what they were doing. Dr. Parsana is very professional and didn’t make me feel terrible for not being able to come to the dentist for a couple years. Overall 10/10 would recommend experience!

I want to start off by saying I take personal accountability for being 20 minutes late for my appointment. I will continue on to say that once I arrived I immediately apologized for being late and came in expecting to be rescheduled as I realize that there is a schedule and other patients however front desk staff assured me it would be ok. The first interaction I had with I believe my dental hygienist was awkward as she was obviously frustrated with me being allowed to continue my appointment and this frustration carried into my appointment. She made sure to let me know that I was late and she would try to get in all X-rays but would not be sure if time allowed. I apologized for being late and reiterated that I was ok being rescheduled as I did not want to be short changed or interfere with other patients. She said she would try her best and continued on and was able to fit in all X-rays. Next my dentist comes in and immediately starts lecturing me on being late and ensuring she let me know that this was a one time exception and I would not be allowed back past 10 minutes. I got up to walk out because I felt uncomfortable and awkward as I felt I was getting a lecture from a parent. I will not be returning as I felt less than welcomed or valued as a patient.
