While I enjoyed my visit for the most part , I felt the Doctor was really busy with multitasking . Please know I appreciated her passion to convey the specifics of my care . Although why communicating with me , she was providing verbal instructions to another employee about a task outstanding which she needed to “circle back and finish with. Also, she was polite and professional . Although , because there was a lot to communicate , she was speaking really fast and I felt rushed

Was in a ton of pain after procedure and wasn’t debriefed on how to stop pain and what I should do while waiting for crown. Made me feel all alone while in dying pain, receptionist was kind finding me painkillers

The wait for a short 15 minute cleaning was an hour total between waiting to be seen at all points. Sherry used a “new” method to clean my teeth and I left not feeling like I had my teeth cleaned at all. Usually I leave with my teeth feeling fresh. She did not use the teeth scrubbing/polishing tool nor did she even floss between my teeth.

I asked if I needed to pay for floride if so i didn’t want it. She told me i didn’t need to and when i checked out they charged me $58 dollars. I told them that I told them if it cost something I didn’t want it but they said because i received it I had to pay.

I signed for a treatment plan with $296 copay. But I was shocked to hear during the checkout that my copay was actually $515. They did not communicate the change to me at all. They did not have my consent for added copay and it was beyond my knowledge up until the checkout. I have emailed Columbia manager about it but have not heard back yet.

Had to reschedule a routine cleaning and willing to see anyone; first opening was two months later!Also, the wait time was RIDICULOUS. I was seen almost AN HOUR after my appointment time (apparently there was a dental emergency). While I can definitely appreciate that there was an emergency, NO ONE came out to the waiting area and told me; or told me how much longer it would take before I was seen. I had to arrange special childcare and was an hour late picking them up as a result.
