This was my first appointment. The beginning set up was extremely thorough and very pleasant.

I was not pleased with the length of time it took to make an appointment. I was put on hold at least four times within three days by an automated service before finally receiving a call back to speak to a representative. I had questions to ask before making the appointment.Also, I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment but had to wait 1/2 hour from my appointment time to be seen. I was concerned because my sister brought me to the office and she had to change another appointment because of the lateness.The x-ray technician and Dr. Lambert were very thoughtful and professional. I look forward to returning for my dental cleaning.
