The staff were friendly and I was able to get an appointment quickly.However, after my appointment I was asked to sit in the waiting room and wait to be checked out. 45 minutes elapsed and I was not called. Only after pointing out how long I had been waiting was I immediately served. Rosa was very understanding of my frustration with the long wait.I hope my next experience is more streamlined and that this was just a “case of the Mondays”.

Went great. Everyone was friendly and the doctor didn’t recommend a bunch of expensive treatments.

Our experience was very positive and hopeful. The staff were excellent. They were professional, caring, patient and were up to the challenge to meet our needs; mobility, etc.We are so grateful that we found Dental One Associates of Cross Keys.Starting with making the appointment to seeing the doctor it was everything that we wanted and some. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and very detail oriented

Every one was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The office was quite organized and very professional. My dental technician was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. My dentist was excellent explaining my dental care plan all the office staff were excellent.

Large, rather impersonal operation. Charging credit card fee is understandable for a small practice. I felt treated as a customer rather than a patient. Healthcare is becoming more and more a business with dental care leading the way. By the way, I am a physician.

My hygienist was very nice.
