Easy to book, great quick service. I also really enjoyed my dentist and she seemed really knowledgeable of the issue I mentioned.

New patient. Staff was relatively friendly, but waited for over an hour after my appointment time to receive care. Dentist was amazing though so that almost made up for it.

Was a little hard to find. Need to tell people it’s in a building that includes the Delta Hotel by Marriott. I wish I had known this going in - would not have changed my decision to go but it would have enabled me to be on-time. I took a. 20 minute walk from where the UBER dropped me because he was clueless. I eventually found the place, thinking that I was in the wrong place. Every thing else was fine, and I strongly doubt that I will go through that again now that I know, but this can be avoided. Being lost detracted from the experience. Otherwise I expect this to be a “10” worthy experience.

The office was very welcoming and calm despite how much traffic there seems to be coming through. Everyone communicated very clearly and kindly to make sure I understood the whole process and billing. The exam and x-rays were done very efficiently without feeling rushed, and it was a very positive first experience for me. I do have some past issues with an old dental office so this was very reassuring as a new patient!!

Very pleased with my visit staff was amazing

This was my first visit, and it was very underwhelming and rather frustrating. I had an 8am appoint for a first time patient dental cleaning. I left 2 hours later without ever having a dental cleaning. It took 2 hours to just do x-rays and have the doctor quickly look at my gums. When I asked about my dental cleaning, the reply was “the hygienists are busy” — so why schedule me for a cleaning? The process here seems opaque and terribly explained. I took time out of my work day to ultimately not even receive the treatment I was scheduled for.I’m returning in a few weeks for my actual cleaning and I hope the process is better. Otherwise I won’t be returning or recommending the clinic to others.The only positive thing was the staff at reception. They were all very kind and helpful despite everything else.

It was very informative and comfortable, waiting room had a nice vibe to it.
